  • Dialogue Line (Original German):
    • “Regnet es?” [00:03]
    • “Kein Problem.” [00:05]
    • “Immer noch kein Problem.” [00:09]
    • “Kein Problem.” [00:11]

  • English Translation:
    • "Is it raining?"
    • "No problem."
    • "Still no problem."
    • "No problem."
    • "Tourist."
  • Grammar & Vocabulary Note:
    • Regnet es?: A simple impersonal question using the verb regnen (to rain). In German, weather verbs use the neutral pronoun es (it) as the grammatical subject. The verb comes first in yes/no questions (regnet), followed by es.
    • Kein Problem: A staple phrase meaning "No problem." Kein is the negative article used with masculine (der) and neuter (das) nouns in the nominative case (das Problem -> kein Problem).
    • Immer noch: An adverbial phrase meaning "still" or "even now," combining immer (always/ever) and noch (still).
  • Everyday Alternative:
    • When something is completely fine or doesn't bother you at all in casual speech, native speakers often say:
      • „Das macht mir gar nichts aus.“ (That doesn't bother me at all.)
      • „Passt schon.“ (It's fine / No worries.)
