2. Delivering accurate and clear coaching point at the right time and in a short moment
3. Recognising each player’s strength and weakness and coach them at their individual level
4. Analysing and observing the training and coaching where it needs to be developed
5. Encouraging players to find solutions on their own (don’t stop too often during training)
